All new clients will be charged either a fixed fee or AUM fee based on their own unique situation.
For all clients who have investment assets < $500,000. This fee covers the first 90 days in the program and is charged every quarter after this.
For all clients who have investment assets > $500,000. This fee covers the first 90 days in the program and is charged every quarter after this based on the ending quarterly market value of your managed investment accounts.
Disclosure: McHenry Capital, LLC reserves the right to negotiate fees with clients and may charge higher or lower fees than those described above. Therefore, clients receiving the same service may pay different fees.
